Shipping Policy

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99, with free shipping on orders over $60.

Fulfillment:

We will process your order within 2-3 business days, in the order in which it is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays. Processing time may be longer for orders requiring additional customer information or orders placed during peak sales or holiday periods.

Carrier Pickup:

Your order will be picked up by the carrier (usually USPS) the next business day and scanned at their facility by the end of the day.

Delivery:

The carrier is responsible for shipping and delivering your order. Please understand that for USPS and UPS, the number of days specified in the shipping method is a best estimate, not a guarantee. If your order arrives later than expected, please check the tracking number emailed to you after placing your order to see where your order was last scanned.

Returned Orders:

If an order is returned due to incomplete address information, unclaimed mail, unknown recipient, move or death, or recipient refusal, we will only issue a refund if the package has been returned. The refund will be the total purchase price minus shipping costs, package protection insurance, and a 15% restocking fee. If you request the item be reshipped to a different address, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

With Shipping Protection, we'll take care of the following issues: Lost Package – Never worry about your order getting lost in transit again. Stolen Package – If your item is stolen after delivery, we'll replace it. Damaged Item – If your item arrives damaged, we'll replace it. How it works: 1. Add Shipping Protection to your cart during checkout. 2. If any issues arise, contact us within 14 days with your order number and details. 3. Rest assured – we'll quickly resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund! No matter what happens, you can shop with confidence knowing your order is safe.
