We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, you can email us at Support@gxwzhgbh.shop.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item you already have and, once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
