Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gxwzhgbh. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you decide you no longer want the item, we will accept it, but please see the policy below:
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To return an item, please email your order number to Support@gxwzhgbh.shop before returning. Returns must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. If the item is defective, the customer will pay for the return shipping.
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted (if applicable).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your request is approved, we will refund only the item price, not the shipping costs, but will deduct a 10% restocking fee. The refund will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for an identical item, please email Support@gxwzhgbh.shop and include your order number and images.
Gifts:
If your purchase was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. The gift certificate will be emailed to you after we receive the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be notified of your return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
